Actually, Obuoliokas came to be rather sophisticated, since it’s every single cell was carefully nourished by wild Aukštaitija yeast and other local microorganisms. Thus, our Appley should be considered local. Well, we decided to decorate that harsh Northern character with a bit of charming hue, so we enriched the Dembava apple juice with red Flemish beer wort. As a result, our local guy did not just remain the usual primitive, but he also has gained some refined Franconian manners too.
