DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. Items purchased via SHOP.DUNDULIS.LT online store are delivered by parcel service. The parcel delivery to the RECIPIENT may be delayed due to circumstances in connection with COVID19 pandemic.
2. Local shipments are to be delivered on the next business day after the order placement 10:00 to 17:00 hours.
3. Prior to shipment delivery, the RECIPIENT will be contacted by a courier via telephone number as specified by the buyer to make sure that the RECIPIENT will accept the shipment at the agreed time.
4. A buyer might be approached by a selling agent upon a shortage of certain goods ordered, thus the buyer might be advised on certain replacements. If not agreed, the payment for the missing goods will be returned within 2 business days.
5. In case the RECIPIENT would not accept the shipment within the time agreed, the parcel will be returned to the SENDER and the payment will be returned to the buyer except the delivery fee. Shipments returned from abroad are also subject to a return fee that is equal to the delivery fee respectfully.
ORDER PLACEMENT
1. Orders for the goods can be placed daily 24/7 and they will be processed for dispatch on shipment days by 14:30.
2. In case the order has been placed after the above deadline, its processing will be carried over to the next shipment day, consequently.
PARCEL PACKAGING
1. Beer and kvass shall be packed in cardboard boxes by 12 bottles each, which may contain different brands of beverages.
PRICING
1. A 0,10 EUR deposit fee for the glass container has been included in a product price per bottle of Lithuanian origin. The deposit shall be refunded upon return of the beverage container to local processor.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments made by online banking. Bank transfers are welcome as well.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
1. All international shipments (excluding Latvia and Estonia)* shall be delivered within 4-7 business days 10:00 to 17:00 hours.
* All deliveries to Latvia are to be made on next business day, whereas it will take 48 hours to have the goods delivered to Estonia.
