So here we go: Dundulis has brewed a diminutive form of beer – Apynelis – which stands for a diminutive form of hop in Lithuanian (apynys). The beer is attributed to non-alcoholic beverages. We added special yeast that produces little alcohol to the third mash just to get a particularly light beer of less than 0.5% ABV. The beer is rich in flavor with fragrant Bohemian hops, so we named it Apynelis – A Little Hop. Apynelis is unfiltered, unpasteurized – the way the real beer should be.
